Personal Information: Email, name, subscription tier, usage stats, preferences, device type, OS, app version. Chat History:

Free users – stored temporarily on your device, cleared when app is closed.

Pro users – stored securely in our database, synced across devices. Includes questions, AI responses, timestamps, and session data. Voice Data: Processed only to convert speech to text via third-party recognition services.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide AI-powered electrical assistance.

Manage accounts, subscriptions, and preferences.

Store and sync chat history (Pro users).

Enable voice features and document management.

3. Data Retention

Account/profile/subscription data retained while your account is active.

Free chat history cleared on app close.

Pro chat history retained until you delete conversations or your account.

4. Your Rights

You may access, correct, delete, export your data, manage subscriptions, and opt out of non-essential communications. Pro users can view, search, delete individual or all conversations, and sync history across devices.

5. Data Deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes all personal info, chat history, and documents, and cancels your subscription. This action cannot be undone. Pro users may also delete individual conversations.

6. Data Security

We use encryption, secure authentication, access controls, database security, and regular audits to protect your data.

7. Information Sharing

We use third parties for core services:

Supabase (authentication, storage)

OpenAI (chat functionality)

RevenueCat (subscription management)

Voice services (speech-to-text) Information may also be disclosed if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
